If she comes by my house, I will lock the door and close the blinds. I will pretend she does not exist. She told me 5 different times that she was done with her H, leaving, and that her M is over. Why do I believe her? Why does she want me when I'm not there then when she has me get guilt ridden and closed off? I am done. I hope she finds her way.

neverendingsaga Posted May 28, 2008 Posted May 28, 2008 good for you nomoredrama. i am in the same exact boat! he told me over & over he was getting D'ed, i saw w/ my own eyes it wasnt happening yet i stayed, stayed, stayed. now i left & i am doing the same thing you are- pretending he never existed. it is much easier than brooding over them all the time. just get on w/ your own life & focus on you. you can do it. i work w/ him too so i know thats not easy. but someone on here, newsunrise, pointed out to me that its sweet revenge if we can get to the place where we are focused on US & happy, not on HIM/ HER & there marriage etc. good luck, stay strong, you can do it.

For seven years, I knew that I should have done what you're doing now. I didn't have the courage to really do it though. Stay with it. Do NOT humilate yourself over anyone. Don't play the fool any more. Get your life (and game) going again!
