Some background:

I met my boyfriend over three years ago... it was "love at first sight". We spent almost every night together and fell in love very quickly...

He soon moved into my little apartment and then we moved into a home together... We had ups and downs but overall had a wonderful, supportive relationship.

After dating for about 2 1/2 years, I broke up with him... I felt like I was always "babying" him. I am four years older than him and we have much different job paths..

We were broken up for 8 months... but I could never quite get over him. One night we made plans to hang out and ended up rekindling our relationship.

Now, we have been back together for 5 months. I thought everything was going well... I had never been happier in this relationship... but just last week, he almost broke up with me... saying that he thinks we fight too much and that he is sick of trying to hard and never making me happy...

I was shocked.

Other relevant facts are that he just got a new job at a hip bar with lots of beautiful people... and - again - he is younger than me.

Is he just not that into me?

Is our relationship salvagable?
