Perhaps I should take a step back and let things slide, and not make any decisions regarding dating for awhile. See where everything goes. Let things fall into place. Perhaps give myself more time to get over that lousy previous situation. That sort of thing. Yeah.

I keep telling my friends that i am NEVER dating again, and they just roll thier eyes and say ok, yea, sure, riiggghhht. Sigh......long sigh..... Well, I didn't read your other threads. What was your previous lousy situation? Bet it is similiar to my current lousy situation. I bet you fell in love with someone, gave them your all, and then they dumped you with no warning?? Sigh....Well, your post made me smile at least. I bet you won't swear off dating forever. It's like when you have a bad hangover and you swear you'll NEVER drink again..yep. We've all been there, done that. Amazing how resilient we are. We get our hearts broken over and over again only to come back for more. Ah, love.
