MissingMyHubby Posted May 26, 2008 Posted May 26, 2008 okay here is the deal... i participated on a collegiate athletic team for 5 years and there is this girl who did the same sport too, but for a college 2 hours away, but in my conference. she has always had a steady bf from the time i have known about her. she is single for a few months now and i friended her on FB recently.....here is the rest.... so i wrote my first wall post to her about if she is still engaging in athletics and she replied no, and told me the reasons why (some health issue) and then said she hopes to compete again. a couple weeks later, i wrote on her wall again, commenting on her pic of her and her dog. she replied something a bit comical. 4 days later, i wrote on her wall again stating how she has the same "quote" i do in my quotes section (a biblical verse.) and also a quick bit on comedian Dane Cook. she replied something comical back, and teased me about swearing and having a bible verse in the same post. i day and half later, i wrote on her wall again with some more light teasing about stuff and posted a link to a funny YouTube video. she replied saying she thought the video was hilarious and then went on to tease me on my FB picture (it is of a very hideous looking person.) i figured lets take things to the "next level" by sending her a private msg. so i did. i wrote her a msg stating i don't want to start "owning" her wall, commenting more on the funny video, and told her i take pride in my ugly profile picture, and went on to send her another funny video with a disclaimer saying it is "sick and twisted." she replied 3 days later to me saying "Write on my wall whenever you want. Makes me look popular. haha. JK. PS: I love sick and twisted, so I will definitely check out the video. I will try to find something to send to you that you haven't already seen, although I am not a YouTube cruiser, so I bet anything I find that is funny, you have already watched. And honestly, put a real pic up! That one is just plain nasty. And while I am sure you pride yourself in that...I'm serious, it makes me cringe. haha. " ------------------------------- Now a bit more...I have never talked to her in person but she knows who i am and etc. I think she is attractive and have no idea her thoughts on me. I have 3 weddings to go to this summer and want to invite her to one in the middle of July. Should I "talk" some more before i ask? Should i ask her for her phone number? How should i direct this from here loveshack??? Also, someone just recently wrote on her wall "where are you moving too?" Maybe i should ask her? If she is, then oh well for me!
