I suggest you be careful not to show your frustration when you speak to your manager, but clearly express it. Put it in terms of how this guy is impacting your productivity, performance, etc. with his blatant disrespect. Be sure to not come off as a victim. I say this because, unfortunately, it is easier to blame the victim, and sometimes managers particpate in the mobbing (which is ganging up or participating in the bullying). A weak manager will find it easier to ignore it or blame you. Bottom line, I learned the hard way was to stand up to the person the FIRST time it happens. Since that time has past, focus on not letting this guy throw you off - that's what he enjoys. I'm not suggesting that you lie to yourself about the effect it's having on you - but he is looking to see that he has "won". Be prepared for the other guys to laugh or join in - they may do this so he won't come after him. I hope this helps.
