mtvruinedyou Posted April 5, 2008 Posted April 5, 2008 Well, my girlfriend and I dated for ~3.5 years, on and off. We got back together in November - but it's just becoming too much to handle. She's quit calling me, quit wanting intimacy and become extremely irritated at me for being myself. We're both headed down very different paths: Im a pre-law student and she quit school because she didn't like it. I've tried so many times to pick up the pieces and glue them back together: but I always end up feeling unloved, under appreciated and disposable. Is it time to give her the heave-ho? And if so, what are some easy ways to keep my mind off of her - our last break up was particularly harsh on me because it was the first time I'd been dumped by someone.
tealeafbud Posted April 5, 2008 Posted April 5, 2008 It seems that the relationship is stressing you out. At this point in your schooling, you do not need your grades to suffer over a relationship. Talk to her. Voice your concerns. make a clean break if you think it's the best thing to do. Then come back on the forum and express your feelings like everyone else. good luck.
