vivrantflo Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 I dated a "former" stripper last year as a rebound... She was nuts... Bought me a DVD player on our second date. She wanted to be my woman after one week. (I was rebounding... said yes like a moron...) Wanted to move in after two weeks... I caught her looking at bridal gowns on my computer.. that was week 3. Wanted my baby at week 4.. Week 5 I dumped her and she cried like we were married for 25 years... I'm assuming she got attached quicky, because she wasn't used to being treated like a lady, as opposed to a piece of meat.. She had a flawless body, long blonde hair, tons of money, and I was the envy of 95% of the guys at the clubs.. But I would NEVER EVER date a stripper again.... And thats my story! lol...
DanielMadr Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 is a stripper. If she can move, in the long run, that's all a man needs. I don't want a boring prude of a wife. I want one that's thin, can apply her make-up to highlight her eyes, and can dance and slither like none other. Non-strippers need not apply. You inspired me, man. Im more superficial though. Im looking now for Stripper cum massage therapist cum nurse with a very sweet voice (thats when I become old and blind)
HeavenScent Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 It is so sad that you have a member by the name of JackPrescott. I actually liked that place.... but after reading his nonsensical/i-am-trying-hard-to-be-a-player/all-women-are-flakes posts... now I understand why women and even decent men avoid that place.
D-Lish Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 I don't know if stripper's motivate mankind.... but I can tell you they kept my lingerie business afloat for a long time. A lot of those 32 F's made my mortgage payments for me throughout my years in business. The 34 GG's also made for great party stories amongst my male friends. But I have to tell you after seeing boobs for 15 years.... I'm a little bored.
Cov Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Strippers? Not my scene, I do have a thing for redheaded women though, my ideal woman would be a feisty, voluptuous redheaded woman with most of the characteristics I adore in a woman.

Only "pros" I come accross are escort girls, I try to chat up on parties (to piss off the big heads that pay them) and toothless old gypsy ones I meet on the street when I go home after the party ends.

You were there? I didn't know the whole story that was going on but took a peek. Weird characters they have. JP is a crack!

Woggle Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Strippers and hookers should be strictly for hire and a man should get involved with them. Many of them are closet manhaters as well with a ton of issues.
Ocean-Blue Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Strippers and hookers should be strictly for hire and a man should get involved with them. Many of them are closet manhaters as well with a ton of issues. So they're not allowed to have lives then? Why can't a stripper pursue a man and want a relationship? How are they any less human than the rest? I take it you've met enough strippers to know that many are closet manhaters?

I take it you've met enough strippers to know that many are closet manhaters? I am not saying that all are but many of them have issues with men. I never said they are less human because I don't think of people like that but many of these have serious demons.

I never said they are less human because I don't think of people like that but many of these have serious demons. I respect you for having the experiences you have had and for generally being a decent guy! But it IRKS ME when you get on here and try to paint broad strokes. This is the problem with people. Why can't we take each person as they come... Why the need to generalize?
Woggle Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 I have been around many strippers and hooker and some of them are surprisingly stable but many of them have serious issues. I am sorry but it is the truth. I have sympathy for them the same way I have sympathy for drug addicts but I would not suggest a man get involved with either of them.

You think you are better ey?

I am sorry but it is the truth. I have sympathy for them the same way I have sympathy for drug addicts but I would not suggest a man get involved with either of them. So some are stable and some are plagued by serious issues. And yet...you chose to say "MANY" in your post. Why is that? Why choose to overlook the "some" stable ones and only focus on the "some" with the serious issues?
Woggle Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Because addiction and emotional issues are much more prevelent in these professions than in other professions.
Ocean-Blue Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Because addiction and emotional issues are much more prevelent in these professions than in other professions. You did not address my question. Why did you choose to focus on those hookers/strippers who have issues rather than the stable ones? By your admission, you've met both kinds... Seems to me that you meet someone who reinforces your stereotypes and you cling to it. Anyone you meet who doesn't fit it, you seem to cast aside as a mere exception. This may extend towards women in general. For evey nice woman you meet, you excuse the experience being nothing more than the rare exception.
Woggle Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 I have experienced enough things to know a thing or two about life and my views are shaped by my experiences. I don't feel that drug addiction and emotional issues make somebody a bad persob but they are much more prevelent in certain professions. There are some women who strip who genuinely enjoy it and it is fun for them but there are just as many who are damaged by it or do it because they are damaged.

Woggle Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 I will answer it. I focus on the ones who have issues because they are the majority that I meet. If I see ten black cats and two white ones the focus will be on the black ones.

If I see ten black cats and two white ones the focus will be on the black ones. Well... In the post I'm referring to, you stated that you had met "some" who were stable and "some" who had issues. My point was, why are you focusing on one group and not the other. I assumed your experience was 50/50. Anyway, thanks for responding. I'm just trying to understand your general stance...
Woggle Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 I just go from my observations and I fully admit that you can't put people in boxes.
Citizen Erased Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Jesus H. Christ dated one. And some suggest he ******************** and ********* and maybe even ********* her too. You think you are better ey? Actually, if we want to be technical, some also say she wasn't even a whore. But I tend to not use Dan Brown to help make my dating decisions.
Walk Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 I agree with Woggle. I've known 5 strippers fairly closely (not in that kind of way you sick pervs ) EVERY one of them has turned into a man hater. One of them I know for a fact she used to think men were okay, but after stipping became incredibly jaded and bitter toward them.
