I do not bash on women, and I amnot rude with everyone on here I have come across women on here who I respect and I have not had a problem with them.

And I have come across women who only want to argue about my opinion, and who love to remind me of my mistakes and problems, even if the thread has nothing to do with me,im just posting on it.

I treat other's the way they treat me,my post are not harsh I am just blunt, they take it the way they want to take it.

I can't speak for the mods, but I doubt every post they delete, give infractions for etc, have all actually been flagged. Tony and Paul are very reasonable people, and will deal with any issues they take to be out of line. They are men not easily swayed (flirting or annoying gets no result out of them, I should know ;)) and to suggest they are merely going by the wishes of the females on here, I feel insulted for them.

I thought LS was a community of people who can think for themselves. In the end, all we have are words. There is no female man-hating conspiracy in the land of LS, how absurd. If anything, this place seems to attract more bitter men wishing to rant on the all consuming conspiracy of the female race than women complaining about how they hate all men or whatever. And especially in the past 12 hours or so, strange about that huh...

I received an 'infraction' for saying I had a girlfriend. It was in response to the suggestion that I didn't have one.

I got another for saying I was going to report someone for calling me a misogynist. That's not allowed apparently.

I will probably receive another for discussing this, and my posting rights will be suspended or have to be 'mod-approved.'

Do I think the women dishing out the inflammatory name-calling and baseless accusations of supporting spousal abuse and having mommie-issues or calling members 'creepy' are getting warnings? I don't know, but my hunch is no.

I agree with John these 'alert us' buttons are dumb, it's just words on a screen and I get the feeling they are being abused and overused by the female members to shut up their opposition.

I am assuming it was because you were off topic. I will probably also get one for discussing this with you.

I don't think posting these to us will help anything. In the end, it is the mods who decide who to kick off of LS, and what to delete. I could report a post a hundred times, if they don't find it to be outside of the community guidelines then it will be ignored.

If you are offended by something, even if it isn't directed at you, then bring it to the attention of the mods. From then on it is in their hands and you cannot do anything more. It is not your job to berate people on their comments to others, that is what the moderators are here for. I am being off topic for the sake of perhaps getting through to you, but you will probably only ignore what I am saying and I will get an infraction. Whatever, that's my problem.

My advice to you is to calm down, take a step back and focus on why you came here in the first place. Again, it is not your job to moderate what others say on here. If you have an issue, take it up with the real mods ;)

Wow, you guys are getting all the fun warnings! I usually get an ass-kicking for saying f:bunny:ck too many times.

Wait, let me just calm down.... deep breath... oh wait I was perfectly calm already and the internet has never had the power to make me otherwise. Apart from the porn I guess.

The rest of your post kinda ignored my points about this place being gender-biased in who they restrict and on what basis - and that directly affects whether I would feel comfortable discussing anything personal here.

The logical answer to that, before someone else says it, is 'go find another site then.' Thing is, I don't want to go to a Manly-Man site, I like the input of women. I think men need relationship advice, and I'm happy to give and receive it. But like a lot of relationship sites I see, this one seems focussed on a strict feminine view of relationships, from being very anti one night stands or casual sex (though plenty of women enjoy both) to virulent anti-masculinism (while thread after thread is about how 'I just can't quit my bad-boy.)

I'm just not down with inequality, and though you as a woman might not see it around here, for me this site fails to have a fair balance between male and female opinion. If this site could let all kinds of men express themselves without censorship it would be a lot better.

Surely most of it's just a trolling thing. A lot of these posts just sound like send-ups of the usual "men complaining about masculine role confusion" or "nice guys finishing last" rants. Either that or a disgruntled poster who's been banned just isn't coming to terms with it and has created various sockpuppets to plead his case and agree with eachother.

I remember reading one message board confession where a guy said that he'd created two sockpuppets, made them disagree with eachother...and ended up feeling genuinely wound up and emotional about it.

Males don't have any problems expressing themselves here, as long as they follow the site's rules. There's a couple of great lists of rules to read. My infractions so far have been for attacking another poster, being off-topic, and responding on-thread to obvious spam. Guilty :)

I've noted certain (suggested) profanity is allowed, if not directed at specific members. That's key. Avoid attacking members or calling them "names" and infractions will not be entering your PM box :) Ask me how I know this :D

It's a community. A very fair one, considering the subject matter and diversity in membership. I'm on a lot of internet forums and run one myself, and this IMO is a very good one.

Misogynistic posts have flooded LS lately. I for one am glad that LS isn't allowing the hatred to go unchecked.

It's like saying, "I want freedom to post my neo-nazi comments. If I'm allowed to do this, this forum would be so much better."

I hate you TBF, but I'm still willing to share my bunnies with you! ;)

I love the distinct use of the clinical 'males' rather than 'men'. Probably not intentional but still incredibly accurate and appropriate.

I like coming on LS otherwise I would not be here, because of how I have been slammed I do think twice about asking for advice myself.

I do agree we have more women then men on here, and I do feel certain women want guys like me to just disappear from this site.

I try and stay away from the ow/om forum, because that is where most of my arguments happen.
