About 5 days ago the girl I had been dating for about 4 months casually, she asked to take a break, have 30 days to herself, because she wasnt sure if she wanted to get right back into a relationship as she had done all her life. She says that she is vulnerable right now especially coming out of a relationship about a month ago. (She lived with her ex in separate bedrooms until she found a place of her own.)

I told her that I would give her all the time she wanted and that I was out or our quasi relationship. We always had fun but limited because of her living arrangement. Now that she is living alone I know she wants to get out and not be totally commited as she is confused. She said that she felt pressured to maybe commit from me.

My question to all the men and women is how to do the smart thing and possibly take it either slower or at a pace that we can grow?

Here is what I have been advised by a person of much experience on female emotions, relations, strategy, and doing what others don't know how to do when a break up.

He said that I should call her and let her know that I appoligize for making her feel pressured and that she should go out and date as I will as well. That all I want is to have fun when we are togther and what she does when on her time is her business and I don't need to know or ask. he said to not show as much interest as it will kind of push her away. He had also said that I should take control of the relationship and not be the one always avaialbe etc. Show strong alpha qualities. To tell her to have fun on her dates and do what makes her happy.

Fill me with information since I will be calling her by tomorrow and possibly taking all of this person's advice.

Thanks people!
