NuTuDating Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 Yes, that's me, lol. "Best boyfriend in the world (and even maybe all of boyfriend history)" It's amazing what two dozen roses sent to work will do. Bask in my glory!!! I even have the voicemail to prove it! And if it doesn't work out, she informed me that there were about 30 women she worked with on a waiting list now. I have to say, though, she deserved them. Anyways, the issues with the single mom were resolved, thanks for everyone's input and responses!

Ahhh- now you are getting the hang of this dating stuff- BTW, one dozen would have had the same impact . Kudos for being smart enough to send them to her office. Her gloating rights just went through the office ceiling.
Author NuTuDating Posted March 25, 2008 Author Posted March 25, 2008 Oh yeah, she got lots of attention today.

AdrianaLima Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 That was very sweet of you today, and it's not even a holiday. See that's what a man is suppose to do, well, part of it anyway.
AriaIncognito Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 I've always ALWAYS wished a bf would send me flowers to the office. I don't know why, I just think it would feel great to get them at work and feel special in front of coworkers or whatever. Kudos to you!
Author NuTuDating Posted March 25, 2008 Author Posted March 25, 2008 It definitely worked in this case... the key being that it wasn't Valentine's Day when she'd be expecting them or having her flowers compete with anyone else's. Made sure that the card didn't say something sappy like "I love you", either. Just "hope you have a great week"... Alright, I'll quit gloating now.

NEver send flowers as a peace offering or when every other girl is getting them too. SEnd them because YOU want to - and for no other reason.
