james777 Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Hi guys, I'm new here and this is my first post. I wouldn't normally be here on this type of thing but I need some advice or guidance or opinions. I have been in a relationship with a girl for 3 years. Things were always good. I loved her, she loved me...it was one of those, is this really happening, type of relationships. We quickly fell in love and to make a long story short....... .......we recently had to be apart for about 8 months and it caused stress to our relationship. She broke up with me a couple weeks ago and is now seeing another guy. I'm here now, living in the same city, but when I try to talk to her she seems distant and cold. There is NO WAY that she doesn't love me anymore and she knows I love her to death. What is going on? Do you think she will come back to me or is it really over for no apparent reason and is it possible for her to just stop loving me this quick. I'm very frustrated and sad and anything anyone has to say pertaining to this will be greatly appreciated.........james
AvgJoeDoe Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Yah about same situation with me i think the best is to No Contact with her and take it from there i learned that if you beg and keep pushing it you are loosing her more and making the transition from you to him (new BF)easier for her. Don't worry is not the end of the road but is a hard thing to endure as I am right now. The best way to keep her out of your mind is to concentrate on yourself and have some fun with friends or date other woman. Become mysterious to her maybe she will wonder what are you doing and call you, and when that happens just be polite and courteous. Limit the calls to a few minutes and don't act depressed if she wants you back make her be the one to approach you, after all shes the one that called it off. I hopes this helps you a bit.
