cammy37 Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 do you think its possible for a guy i've only been dating for a month, not slept with yet but had so much fun with, to remain interested in me when he returns from a 2 month trip abroad... we are both in our 30's and each date has been effortless and full of laughter and chemistry... ??
dancinggal Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Absolutely he should. Relationships aren't just about sex, they are about how you feel about the other person. Its rare to find someone you feel truly comfortable around, so if he's for real, he'll remain interested. I am 100% that my boyfriend would have remained interested in me if we were in the same situation. And its only 2 months. The time will fly.
carhill Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Technology knows no boundaries. I take a int'l cell phone or sat phone when I go overseas, along with my laptop. My friends don't even know I'm not home and I talk to my wife every couple days and on IM every day. Stay in touch with him, not because you're worried but because you love the relationship you're developing.... I'm surprised he didn't suggest it. There's free internet almost everywhere if you look hard enough. Anyway, as mentioned, the time flies and he'll be back to you soon enough. If momma raised him right, you'll get a postcard or two from exotic locales

Sure, it's possible! If he left with the two of you on good terms, it's also possible that he's been missing you while he's been away. Just sit tight for the time being, then send him a cheery text, IM or e-mail about the time he's expected back and tell him welcome home and that you'd love to hear how his trip went. I'm betting he'll be happy to oblige, and maybe he'll even surprise you with a "souvenir" from his trip! Best, TMichaels
ellie01 Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 He definitely should still be interested, but if not, he's not worth it!
