We have been intimate with each other and we see each other once a week and talk on the phone a few times a week. I know she is not dating anyone else but am wondering how long do people date before becoming exclusive BF/GF?

I think you are at a good point in the r/s to make it exclusive, based on the fact that you two are intimate with each other already and 2 months to be exclusive is pretty typical. She's probably waiting for you to ask her to be your gf! So do it and don't wait too long! Good luck!
