Hey! My advice was pretty good!

Yes! Yours was good! Thanks!

I like to use British swear words like bloody and bollocks because they don't offend anyone around here. I picked them up from some office mates way back when, and I still use them.

In fact, for some reason, when my computer acts up and I start talking to it, I talk to it in a fake British accent.

Thats a pretty cool idea. I did like swearing like Spike when I watched Buffy. I'll have to resurrect that.

Wanker is a good one too, especially apt in some specific circumstances.

However, if you don't want your kids saying it, you still have to be careful.

Maybe I should swear like 1930,40, and 50s movies? I can watch a bunch of those...

There is nothing like a good ole Brit accent!

Have a bloody cup of tea and some bollocky crumpets and stop darn well swearing, you rotter!

:lmao:

Well, I don't tend to swear too much, maybe occasionally on here if I'm annoyed or something, but IRL with my accent I can get away with swearing, people seem to find it cute rather then offensive :laugh: But I was also brought up with "ladies do not swear, no-one will want to marry you if you speak like a whore" :p

Hell yeah. I bet its not that bad. In my country (far far away) we say 'Ox' (meaning "you ox") even 5 times in one sentence. It is not cursing but you cant say it to your boss (I can, but you know what I mean :) ) And it is hell of a effort to get rid of it :D

Take a job in harbour!!! I certainly would. But we dont have sea :(
