JShimmy Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 So, I'm been dating this girl for 6 months and we've been official for 1 1/2 months... We were supposed to go see a Broadway show today in New York for her valentines day present.. Well this is what happened... We slept in different rooms tonight cause i was snoring heavily.. she came and woke me up at like 4 am to you know, mess around.. so after that she didn't wanna move so i decided i'd go downstairs where she was originally sleeping.. Here cell phone was beeping, like she had a message.. so i checked it... it was just some girl saying have fun tomorrow... but i decided to check her text messages, well cause i just did... so she didn't have any in the inbox but 3, and 244 in the sent messages... So i read the sent ones... There were 5 to this guy who she claims is her friend... He has a girlfriend also... So i check the messages... and the first one was that she said you really are sexy... the next one said you know i was the best you ever had... the next one said i really want you but we can't... then the last one said, maybe... you can squeze it.... I was furious... So im so pissed i kicked her out like anyone would do.. she is telling me it is all just a joke and i knew they use to hang out like a year ago... but she said that they were sitting across from eachother with a group of friends and were just texting to eachother back and forth while at the table.. this got me so mad.. she said that he is one of her best friends.. and they were joking.. i'm figuring he said something like i like to tap that ass, and she said maybe, you can squeeze it... She said i have a right too be mad, and i am furious.. not to mention i threw away 300 dollars on tickets for today... She says she loves me, never would ever cheat on me, and that this really looks bad but they were just playing around since the table they were at was very interesting.. I'm a really good guy and i don't deserve this.. Any suggestions? I don't think i should take her back.. even if it was just a joke, i think she meant the stuff she said to him... I'm so frusterated i don't even know what to do...
sedona Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 You've been with her for 6 months. Do you know her at all? Does she habitually lie to you? Does she sleep around? Don't you trust her? Based solely on what you've written here, I don't think that she should take YOU back. Reading the messages on her phone was a huge violation of her trust. Confronting her and refusing to believe her answer was also unforgivable. Making her feel guilty when you're the one who spied on her is low. Sorry, this doesn't make you sound like a good guy.

If he looked through her phone, it's because he had somewhat of a feeling that something could be up.. and lo and behold.. he found something.. You're calling the original poster a bad guy, when all he has been is faithful to his woman.. Refusing to believe her answer is unforgivable? are you serious???? Dude, you caught her red handed... they were not joking.. she just got sloppy when she deleted her inbox, but forgot about the outbox... Luckily you've only been in the relationship for a short amount of time.. cut her off... cause even if u decided to let her stay with you, there's NO way you'd trust her.. she'd just be better at hiding it.. Trust me there's way better women out there than her.
