xiaofeng Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 I broke up with him 2 months ago, but we still have feelings for each other and hang out every week. 3 weeks ago I told him I got a new bf, since then he talked about how much he wants me and he cant stop wanting me. I didnt want to talk about it first but finally I showed an interest. then he said he needs to think about it and 2 days later he wrote me an email saying he wants to try the relationship again with me but he cant commit at the moment, he hopes he will be ready in 2 months, he will commit when he can commit. I was pissed and said Im not happy about the uncertain answer and not going to get back with him. Then he told me he is in a rebound relationship to get over me, but this relationship is going to fail, he doesnt even want to have sex with her, but he can't get out it now bcos of his white knight complex. I said you dont need to be in a relationship to show your white knight, he said its very complex and he really wants to get out but he needs time. I refused and said Im not going to leave my bf for him no matter what, then he texted me saying he feels like his inside is scooped out. is he playing games with me?

He has you on a leash, and you know it, because he doesn't want to be with you, but is unwilling to want you to be happy with your current bf. If you were the one to break up with why would you want to be with him again? Consider the situations that have occurred- Did he cheat on you? Was he unfaithful? Did you find that you didn't love him anymore? And how much happiness did your relationship gave you when you guy were together? Now balance those things together, your happiness compared with all the terrible things that might have occurred. See which one outweighs the other and you'll have your answer.
