Okay, a brief history of myself, I've been diagnosed with an eating disorder, used to suffer from suicidal tendencies, and might now be bipolar?

But all in all, I guess I'm doing okay. I still have body image issue but I try not to dwell on it. Basically my question is that I'm 18 and I need to find a part time job during the weekends. I figure I could work for a restuarant, something casual on the side, and moonlight as a waitress. BUT I'm not sure I can do it because of low self esteem issues. How can I project myself as a confident person and land a job?

You gotta have your mind set saying you CAN do it.

Why can't you? Is there anything physically stopping you? Lack of transportation? Anything like that? You do have the self esteem to do it, you just have to get comfortable with it. Do something that makes you feel good before your interview or every before you go into work. Any sort of hobbies you have? Anything that relaxes you? Listen to some girl power music or something :p Your a human being, you're just as equal as every other person you'll be working with so don't sweat it ;)

Just be you and relax :bunny: Your young 'n beautiful!
