HotPink Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 Hi I hope you can all help again My boyfriend moved 8 hours away from where I live and decided that he could not live without me, so he moved back and he moved in with me and my kids. I don't know if it is the pressure of being together all the time or just me realising he is not the Mr Perfect I thought he was but I am not as happy as I thought I would be. He is not working yet and even though he is looking for work I came home yesterday and when I went online to check my mail and other stuff and by accident I noticed that he had been on a dating site in the day! I am working nights at the moment to get more work in so I was in bed when he was doing this. What do I do now? I got what I wanted and it wasn't what I wanted at all! I guess we should be careful what we wish for
Lauriebell82 Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 Hi I hope you can all help again My boyfriend moved 8 hours away from where I live and decided that he could not live without me, so he moved back and he moved in with me and my kids. I guess we should be careful what we wish for Do you know for a FACT that he actually looked at the site? How did you find it? The site could have popped up by accident while he was on the internet..that happens to me all the time. Then I just close out the window. I fail to see how he'd be interested in dating someone else when he moved back for you. Now about the living situation..that is def. not going to be perfect. No relationship is. I think a big part of the reason you are disappointed is that you thought it was going to be all roses and you were going to be so in love..and yeah that's a part of it. A big part. But you have to work hard at it, and sometimes it's harder than others. Another thing: do you guys get your own time? Like personal time just for yourself? Being together all the time when you live together can be overwhelming..you tend to start getting on each other's nerves. So having your own personal time is very important. My advice is to maybe take some time away from him for yourself and see if that helps..and encourage your bf to do the same.
Star Gazer Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 If the site was in the history, he definitely purposefully visited the site.
