Trimmer Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 If you wrap the fish in lots of foil (also found in dumpster)and drag it behind your car, the friction should have it cooked by the time ya arrive for the date. Actually, if you can find a good spot near the exhaust manifold, you can lay it in there on your engine, and it cooks just as well without all the physical damage. With food, presentation is so important, you know...

Touche Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 A light salad is a real meal? No offense GP but you sound like a cheap liar to me. If you are cheap at least be man enough to admit it. He's not cheap Gracie. He's frugal. BIG difference. Oh and he doesn't lie, just bends the truth a little. Like with the Magnums. Ha ha. False advertising.
LexiB Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 No offense GP but you sound like a cheap liar to me. If you are cheap at least be man enough to admit it. Oh "cheap" doesnt even begin to describe it! But I'm pretty sure that none of these women actually last too long (which is probably how he likes it ). Stale chocolate? Strike one. Only spending $15 for dinner at a "fancy" restaurant? Strike two! "Accidentally" going to a closed down movie theater? Strike three!! Dont think it takes too long for them to realize he's a cheap b*stard and scram! haha, no offense GP
Art_Critic Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 (edited) Dont think it takes too long for them to realize he's a cheap b*stard and scram! haha, no offense GP I think GP is just frugal.. He is looking to increase his dating bottom line.. Profit margin or cost benefit analysis can drive entire markets.. even dating Frugality (also known as thrift or thriftiness) is the practice of acquiring goods and services at minimum cost, achieved via economical restraints or creative measures. Frugality can be related to the idea of being conservative or conserving money. Edited February 24, 2008 by Art_Critic
amaysngrace Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Yeah Art I agree it's frugal to buy hearts on February 15th but when he gives them as presents the following year it is CHEAP. Sweater on December 26th...yes. Candy on February 15th...no! It's perishable. Hey GP...do they have Soup Plantation near you? It comes highly recommended around these parts. Just be sure to hit it in time for early bird. Wouldn't wanna break ya.

Jilly Bean Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 I think GP likes to shovel a lot more than gold in his piles.. Pyro - is that Joey Ramone, or a rough pic of Patty Smith?
johan Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Pyro - is that Joey Ramone, or a rough pic of Patty Smith? It's Pyro.
Pyro Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 I think GP likes to shovel a lot more than gold in his piles.. Pyro - is that Joey Ramone, or a rough pic of Patty Smith? Thats the legend himself, Joey. Oh wow, I can see how you could confuse the two.
Jilly Bean Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Thats the legend himself, Joey. Oh wow, I can see how you could confuse the two. LOL - well, Ive seen both in concert - easy to get confused... Patty even has a little moustache like Joey...

Just be sure to hit it in time for early bird. Wouldn't wanna break ya. Is that anything like a soup kitchen or homeless pantry? I tried to do volunteer work at such a place. I like to give back and I wanted to hit on innocent minded volunteers. (easy pickings:cool:) We were dealing with many unhealthy people and I took reasonable precautions.... spraying lots of lysol and I wore a toxic waste suit. The bleeding hearts kicked me out. My heart goes out to those folks but I'm not ready to commit suicide to give them a free meal.
amaysngrace Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 Is that anything like a soup kitchen or homeless pantry? The Plantation is the mother of all kitchens. They ship 'em in from all over. Lysol is helpful on the bus but I don't go on it so I don't worry. I worked out back slaughtering the eatins. It was fun. My friend, Maymee worked inside the Plant. She was lucky because she met up with Billybob and he loves givin her candy. He's a real find.
