Hi, I am 25 a have a 17 month old son and i have a ton of fat lol. mainly on the upper thigh and belly area. I am looking for FUN exersice to do with my son. Will riding a bicycle help me loose some inches and weight? also how long of a bikie ride? like 45 min or so? my goal is to get to my pre pregnancy wieght like 130. Thank you!

im no doctor, but u might want to look into the atkins diet.

 

my dad lost 30 pounds that he had for years, and i just started myself. then again, im a guy, and i was eating steak every night anyway, but check out http://www.atkins.com for more info about the diet.

 

and ya, they proscribe moderate excercise too, but before bike-riding, i would say walking. walking is what your body was designed for, and make sure you ease into it.

Walking is a good way to go if you have a young toddler. You could also buy one of those jogger strollers and use it for either walking, speedwalking, or light running.
