I've been with this guy for the past 17 months,10 days ago we got into an arguement with him telling me i'm a pest i was really hurt by this.Later that same day he called and said he wanted a 2 months break.It made a week i didnt call him then he called this sunday and he asked me if i forget him,but he was saying things like how he like being single,how he free and he dont want anybody in his life right now.But what really confused me is that he is talking normal on the phone like how we used to talk before the break e.g like he going to do something and asking me if i angry or not.He also asked me if he wanted 2 get back with me if i would take him back.Then he called monday again which totally confused me if he says he dont want no body in his life why he called me 2 days in a row and talking like noting happen,but still saying he wants to be alone.I gave this boy everything,lent him money,sent money on his phone,treated him real good.He even told my friend three weeks ago he knows he cant find someone esle like me. He is a person who has alot of frustration, a few weeks ago before the break he had something bothering him and he took it out on me the next day he called and apologised.I dont know if he has someone else because most of the time his phone is of.I think he just doenst know what he wants,because it was 3 weeks ago he called my best friend and told her, how i dont find it hard to do anything for him,and she asked him if he dont want a girl like me and he said he dont know.When he asked for the break his excuse was that he needed to think about something.I didnt call him for a week,and he called but i have no intention of calling him untill he calls again.When he called sunday he asked if i dont miss talking to him.He is the type of person who is easily influenced by other people,i think it is one of his friends giving him stupid advice,why he cant see what he has?
curiousnycgirl Posted February 14, 2008 Posted February 14, 2008 He's being an idiot. What did you say when he asked if you would take him back? Bottom line is I would tell him you are hurt, but respect his wishes. Tell him if he wants a break, he can have it, but then he doesn't get to pretend to be casual friends. And since he's asked for a break, now would be the appropriate time to pay you back the money he borrowed. Don't let him jerk you around and play with your heart.
