I'm pretty sure it's not and this is a dumb question but after I got home tonight I realized tomorrow is vday, and this girl I was briefly talkin to tonight, I was thinkin maybe she's the mega uber romantic type and is single and feelin the pre v-day blues, and I could've totally worked it.. but instead I didn't even say bye and just got up and left. Hmm did I blow it?

So to make things right, call her if you can. If you can't, all is lost. Once you're on the phone refrain from calling her "sexy", "babe", or anything like that. Have a nice convo, and then ask her out. Or, since she ain't shy, just hit her hard with a blunt "Hey, yeah, I'm going out for dinner tonight, so do you want to come with me?" or "What's up? So I'm going to the movies, do you want to come?" But since you're on the tele, it's kinda awkward to pop it out. I mean, I met this girl on wed night.. thought she seemed kinda flirty.. but not realizing the next day was v-day, I just left cause I'm gonna see her again next week. I just realized that she might of been feelin the vday blues and that night she met me and I could've worked it.. oh well it's over
