My next steps should be...

So I call this girl up yesterday that I met last week and I left a voicemail. She sends a text back in 30 min saying hey, got your voicemail. i'm at a biz dinner. can i call you tomorrow?

 

I replied back and said yes call me tomorrow.

 

No call back today.

 

So I'm not going to overanalyze the situation. But I hate when girls do that.

 

Anyway I call Tuesday wanting to ask her out on Sat or Sun brunch. If she was to call today (which she didn't) I was going to ask the same.

 

Now tomorrow is Thursday...what should I do? I don't want to look desperate...

Whats wrong with planning something two days in advance? When and if she calls tomorrow and she has a great excuse about why she didnt call back when planned, still ask her out? You wont seem desperate about asking her on a date for Saturday!
