Hi everyone,

I used to post here but it's been a long time. I just wanted to let everyone know I am sorry I have not been back but it is mainly because my life is going so well. I was a mess before my cbt group but ever since I have continued to get better. My career is great, I'm engaged to a wonderful secure man and just generally happy:D I still the TEA form exercise from the cbt book by Sam Obitz we used in my group to manage my stress and anxieties and they really have become my natural way of thinking. A special thanks to Whichway and PYT who were a great source of inspiration for me and encouraged me to keep doing the cbt exercises. Hugs to you both:bunny:

I'm so glad you're doing better! CBT is a wonderful thing, and it saved my life as well.
