Never take anyone at face value who prefaces a comment with, "To be honest..." ;)

I am terribly sorry. I wholeheartedly apologise to everybody except BareGoddess, who has some kind of attitude.

I am probably jealous of thin people, and I admit that. Once again, I am sorry.

It's true though.. trying to gain weight is MORE difficult and frustrating than losing it...

I've been there... I know exactly how she feels... but I don't have that problem anymore.. now I have to watch what I eat .. LOL

You are welcome! :)

Candy was thanking me, I believe. Not you, dumb.

Oh and I don't have an attitude. You admitted you're jealous. I accept your apology.

Hasn't worked for me. I've been with my man for over 13 years. Still trying to gain.

, but how does other people digestive system affect me?

Sorry, I was only joking. You know, like sometimes it seems the whole world is trying to lose weight. :)

Hopefully you got some good suggestions. I can understand why one would only want to gain by eating healthful stuff, not just junk food! I wish you the very best of luck.

I am bad.

Whats the best way to put on about 15 pounds?

When my wife and I first got together she weighed 118 pounds. For most women that would be a nice weight but oif someone 5'8" tall, it was too light and as a result she had low blood sugar. After an episode of passing out from hypoglycemia I decided to fatten her up.

Cheese omelets three or four mornings a week and periodic milk shakes did the trick! She was up to about 130 or 135 in no time. End of hypoglycemia!

Make sure to check your cholesterol levels if you do things like this. I'm not arguing against what works, just saying. Heavy cream and dairy diets to gain weight will have a detrimental effect.

The best approach, as someone mentioned previously, is to use the shakes between meals -- several meals (not full ones each time, but X amount of calories).

There is a method to calculate (using several of your biometric factors) the number of calories you have each day to gain or lose weight. I'm too lazy to search for you.
