how can i tell

i am 19 turning twenty and i still dont have this down,

i am interested in starting a romantic relationship with a very good freind of almost 6 years, and i have felt serious feelings towards her for 2 of them but i cannot read her body lang. i cannot tell if it is wise to ask her out on a date however reasontly we have been going to alot of chick flix and i donnot know if this is a test. we go out for dinner a fair bit and when i say lets invite another of our mutual freinds she says that there are always buissy. is she trying to say "lets become more intimate" or is she just wanting to spend more time together as friends. every time we go out it always ends in a cold shower lol please help me out

The "my friends are busy" may be an excuse for both of you to just go out alone..or it may not. Anyway, I think you should just bite the bullet and ask her out..the worst she can say is no. But if you really like this girl, then you should go for it.

 

Oh, but don't ask her to "hang out." I hate when guys say that. Ask her to go out with you like on a formal date.
