Which male celebs do you find sexiest in terms of looks, intelligence, and personality? In other words, closest match to you male ideal. My votes go to Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale. I've never been a Brad Pitt girl. Truth be told there are few men period I find attractive, including famous actors (seems to be a real dearth of hotties in modern Hollywood). But on the rare occasions that I do find a guy hot it's a "wow" reaction. Your picks?

I've never understood the fascination with him. He's a talented actor, but his face is too outlandish. Hot when he was much younger (What's Eating Gilbert Grape?). I've also heard he's not erm...well endowed. George Clooney -- Sexy face but player personality. Brad Pitt -- Bland and girly looking. Dimwitted. Josh Hartnett -- Nice body but his resemblance to Dubya is a major turnoff. Terrible actor. Gerard Butler -- Sexy with facial hair, bad without. Viggo Mortensen -- ditto. I have realized that pretty boys make me want to look more, but don't affect my desire to touch. That is motivated by something completely different. But, I think Jude Law is very, very pretty. I always thought Pierce Brosnan was too, although he is old now. And of course, David Beckham is very pretty. Oh dear, they are all Brits.

Pierce Brosnan was too, although he is old now. And of course, David Beckham is very pretty. Oh dear, they are all Brits. Pierce also-okay help me out here explaining this. He has that ability to also exude a feeling that promises a certain kind of wooing. Not just because he has been branded as Bond, because not all Bond actors have that. He promises english gardens, jets to Brazil, scented baths. Beckham is too stunningly perfect. I feel intimidated looking at photo spreads of him (oops did I admit that?) :laugh:

It's Paul Newman, Steve McQueen, Clint Eastwood, Al Pacino who have been the consistent objects of my deluded fangirl attention. Paul Bettany, Ewan McGregor, Matt Damon, Viggo Mortensen, John Cusack (yes, despite the stories), Johnny Depp (who doesn't?), James Franco, Billy Crudup and Rufus Sewell too. I only like Rufus with his curls, though, he had me weak at the knees playing crazed in Cold Comfort Farm. I wouldn't kick Clooney out of bed for farting either, though I've never been 100% convinced that he's straight (yes, because THAT is what will affect my chances of getting him into bed ).

I didn't understand his appeal either until I saw him in a televised production of Oklahoma! about a year ago. Made me weak at the knees. He was also sexy in The Prestige.
