So, I'm in this wonderful relationship...over 2 years. I started out being really jealous of his beautiful but crazy ex-girlfriend. I practically stalked her trying to keep her away from him. But since we've been dating this long those feelings have passed. I trust him 100% but now, I've driven myself so crazy that I stalk her on the internet on a daily basis. It isn't even ABOUT him anymore. I'm so afraid I'm going to ruin this wonderful relationship. I honestly want to stop this...I don't want to be like this. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is she still in the picture? Does he know that you are obsessed with her?

2 years is a long time to be checking up on his ex every day. Which leads to my next question.....

Is he still in touch with her? In any way , shape, or form?

Not really. If he is it's a random text for birthdays which he is upfront and honest about. It's just become a complete curiosity issue. I try and talk about it with my friends and they laugh at me because it's so out of character. But I really want help!

Okay, so she isn't a problem and you don't think it is intuition, so you just need a replacement obsession then.

I've done this when I feel anxious about things in my life, and it was akin to OCD. Some people count, others check the stove.

Try looking around this forum for awhile, let it replace your old checking habit. I think you just got used to it and need to replace one bad habit with a less bad habit.

Why would this ruin your relationship though???
