Well im on Day 3 of splitting - hmmmmmmmmm how am I feeling rather good! after spending the 1st 2 days at a friends house and feeling sorry for myself ive had my 1st full day out!!

 

Ive managed a full day at university, a trip to my families, and 3.5 hours with a few friends in a bar chilling out and now just chilling in the library!!

 

My advice is if your trying to cope regardless of the situation (you can read my situation on prevous posts) although the pain is still raw definitely find a few activities to take your mind off things, have fun, take a breather, surround yourself with people who appreciate you for who you are, smile, laugh, cry if you want to, chill out, wrtie down how your feeling, but NEVER GIVE UP!!!
