First of all i have no idea where to begin. I have always done cardio and now i am really thinking that i need to do some strength training.

 

However, I have no idea where to begin, what I should do for guidelines ect.

 

Anyone know of a good website or can help me know where to begin. I know that there are charts I should use and increase the weights each week ect.

tanbark suggested a great site. the forums as well as the articles have so much information it will make your head spin.

I also agree with Tan. Also, check out the body for life website. There are journals you can print along with great exercise animations.
