I am still having huge issues with my ex boyfriend! He broke up with me for no reason and he will not stop calling me. He is trying to find anyway he can to contact me. He cannot go without a day without contacting me and if I don't pick up, he goes CRAZY! He is telling his mom about it and he is upset that I am not talking to him but why on earth would he want to be broken up! I am so confused! He does not want to get backtogether yet but he can't go a day without talking to me! What is going on! I have been dealing with this for months now! If any of you have any insight on this please let me know! Thank you.

I don't know why you broke up, but you have to tell him that if he doesn't want to be with you, he needs to let you go. Tell him that what he's doing is unfair to you and your healing, and make sure he understands that. If you still want to be with him, let him know that you will take the call in which he tells you he wants to be with you, but other than that, by breaking up with you, he has lost the privilege to talk to you everyday.

Sedgwick says it perfectly (as usual :)).

Sometimes people even when they break it off with you like to keep you in the back ground, they want to know what you are doing, who you are with (if anyone) and to make sure that you are still thinking of them.

He seems particularly possessive.

If possible change your number and block any other communication avenues he may have with you.

You need to heal from this - not constantly be reminded of him by him contacting you.
