Well what I mean is that my now long distance b/f at times does stupid things that will get many girls to either split up right away or ditch him. Ex. not calling on christmas or new year, being kinda inconsiderate, being an obsessive compulsive disorder type (well he likes everything clean, not gonna get into many details), and many defects yet I can really send him to hell why can I, is it because 1) I'm not that strong to end it 2) I still love him 3) He was/is my first I lost it to (meaning I was a virgin) and I don't like the idea of falling down and starting all over again 4) pity or 5) I must like it soo much that I go for it
SeraBella Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 it's a mix of things...no one wants to be alone. if you've been together a while you probably are afraid of starting over. you may be afraid of "never finding something so great" (you will find something better, though) you're in love with him, and it's just hard even if you weren't in love it could be hard to end it. relationships are just hard to end. it has nothing to do with "5) I must like it soo much that I go for it" only you know if it's anything to do with pity. and really, only you can know the EXACT reasons...but your feelings are not at all uncommon. But if he is not treating you right, and hurting you as it is now, does it feel like it will inevitably fail? If you've talked to him about this, and tried to get him to change (it sounds like he doesn't change/work on his problems for other women) then you won't be happy, and you should move on. If you have to end it, it will hurt, but you can do it. You deserve to be treated properly and will find a man willing to do that.
