singinggirl84 Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 i think the whole flat somach is silly. I've been working so hard on gettin a flat stomach and i'm having so much trouble! i do pilates, crunches, and cardio for a whole hour strait and eat right. ive lost weight im 5ft and i weigh 110 and i don't have that flat stomach so do guys really like girls that have stomachs? i hope they do because i dont want to end up lonely and sad just because i don't look like britney
Ryan Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 If your belly doesn't ooze over the top of your pants....it's flat. You sound young...forget about that hour of crap. Eat decently, go out and enjoy yourself.
singinggirl84 Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 im actually 19. i do have a young mind tho. and about the belly oozing over your pants i do have that but only a little hopefully i can get rid of that soon
Ryan Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 Surely you've got better things to worry about. Guess what...I don't have a six pack...I never have and I probably never will. I don't really care. *BE* healthy first....the look will follow.
Clancy Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 Back to the original question; I'm not really that attracted to a flat stomach on a girl. I really used to like Madonna's belly when she was " like a virgin". Once she got into fitness I wasn't that attracted to her, which I guess caused her uncounted nights of sleeplessness. In general I like voluptous women, tall and with lots of curves and a plump body. When my friends and I discuss women, who's hot and who's not, most of them disagree with me when I say I find a particular plump woman sexy.

Oh my, Clancy, I knew there was more than one reason I liked you....sigh.

Aonz Posted October 4, 2003 Posted October 4, 2003 Her lips, her back, her waist, her thighs Her face, her skin, her hair, her eyes Her voice, her shape, her hips, her mind Her love, her smile, her touch.

WoWaddict Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 hey i am 14 and i weigh 115 and i am 5'7 am i over weight? or do u think i am ok enough to get my belly button pierced? im 18, 110-115, and 5'3". I am def not overweight, and neither are you!!! If anything you could afford to gain a few pounds. Plus, the concept of 'weight' is quickly becoming a concept of the past. Your weight doesnt necessarily make you healthy. Doctors are starting to look at body fat percentage/BMI to determine health, because muscle weighs more than fat. You could be of a healthy 'weight', but if its mostly fat (not muscle), you can still be at risk for certain health problems, especially if they run in your family. With things like heart disease, high cholesterol, etc. it happens a lot. I have made many nurses scared, because I look much thinner than I actually weigh, because I work out, so its mostly muscle, not fat. They dont believe me until they force me onto a scale and play 20 questions. My best advice, work on toning muscles, instead of losing 'weight'. In other words, work out to build muscles. You'll gain weight, but it will be all muscle, and you'll LOOK and a lot more trim and fit....and exercise will make you FEEL happier and more energized if you do it on a regular basis, because of the endorphins your body releases. Eat healthy, well balanced meals. Don't diet! Dieting is worse for you than anything else. It wrecks your self esteem too, once you finish your diet and the weight comes back. And theres nothing wrong with snacking, as long as youre not pigging out on junkfood every time you're hungry. Theres nothing wrong with eating the occasional burger or fries, but try substituting the chips for something healthier... like apple slices. You still get the same satisfaction in plopping on the couch, putting your feet up, and stuffing your face with the contents of a bag at the end of a long day, AND you'll notice a lot less jiggle. lol.

WoWaddict Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 I hate it when people resurrect old, dead threads. honestly, what the hell? really not necessary. i wasnt aware that offering an opinion had a time limit on it.
