kchiapet95 Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 ((Lyssa)) I can't believe I haven't posted on this thread earlier. When I was 20, I met a man that was 15 years older than me. Ever since then, I have always, always been attracted to older men. And it has nothing to do with money either, aside from the occasional dinner I don't get "stuff". I pay my own way. For 2 years I dated a guy that was my age, and I paid his way or we went Dutch, because he was in college and I was working so I made more money than him. For me, I think I've always been older than my years (or so people tell me), and I think that comes from being raised by a lot of adults in the household. They didn't treat me like a child and I did not act like one. So I've always wanted to be with an older guy, because I feel like I am older.

I don't know any OW here who goes after money except for one OW who turned out to be a troll, if I'm not mistaken. One more thing, my BF is talkative than the younger ones I dated and that made a lot of difference to me because I can't stand guys who are quiet. [[[Kchia]]]

Lyssa Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 LOL... so no love for the strong silent type? LOL - You know there is! It's different with local guys from where I am and westerners. Local guys are silent, afraid of giving out their opinions etc, where else my BF and some of other guys I have gotten to know (you included) are more talkative and opinionated. Which is totally refreshing for me! If I'm not mistaken, there was an OW who was seeing a younger MM. I know that happens but not as often as older MM with younger OW.
Lizzie60 Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 Humm..I don't know... When I was 15, I started an A with my first ex who was 11 years older and married. I guess I was looking for a 'mature' guy... But NOW... I will take a younger guy anytime... In fact, since my separation with my first ex... I have always been with younger men... My second ex was 12 years younger... Now my MMs are all younger.. they vary from 46 to 25 years old... I just can't see myself with a guy my age...
Lyssa Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 I just can't see myself with a guy my age... It's okay, you're a hot mama, Lizzie - you can get away with it!! Plus, I don't think men around your age still look good, do they? Apart from my father and one of my uncles, I don't know any that still look... good. Okay yes, good - not really

Apart from my father and one of my uncles, I don't know any that still look... good. Okay yes, good - not really LOL.. thanks sweetie.. It's true though... men my age look much older. I had a date the other week with a guy my age (55).. I saw him today on the bus, he emailed me his picture tonight.. OMG ... he looks like he's 60+... Gray hair, lots of wrinkles... Men should dye their hair, put good creams on their face, like we do... but I have to say that he smokes.. and I find that smokers (male and female) wrinkle much more and the colour of their complexion is 'gray'...
