oasis Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 Why do exes contact you after a period of NC and once you have responded, they disappear again? This has been happening to me with my ex, ex, whom I still have strong feelings for. We had been broken up for about 1 year. He left a voicemail yesterday and I am struggling as to whether to respond or just simply ignore it. He disappeared about 3 weeks ago, after a few e-mails back and forth. We were trying to make plans to get together and to set a date, but he did not respond for 3 weeks to my e-mail until yesterday. Should I respond to his voicemail, or should I simply ignore it? Thoughts anyone?
PinkRibbon Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 This sounds so childish to me so I would ignore him. If he can not respond back in a timely manner I would let it go and not repond ever. Obviously he is still pulling the chain to see if you will respond.

It is all a game to him.
