Ladies,

Has anyone dated a guy to the point it ruined your physical, emotional, and/or spirtual health?

Where does healthy love end and addicting love begin?

Thanks!

Sometimes a person becomes too complacent. they become reliant on having a person in their life. There is a breaking point where they are too used to the relationship, even if it's a bad one. They get so used to being in it they don't realize the destructive nature of it. It can be men and women. Addiction to love is more the addiction to the IDEA of love. A person wanting it so bad they put up with anything, including the devaluation of self, the sacrifice of who they are. These people tend to be codependent, and don't think they can function alone. Love is something entirely different, obviously. But the desire for the mere idea of love can mask the real thing. I hope this helps answer your question.
