BlueEyedSarah Posted December 27, 2007 Posted December 27, 2007 LOL! After another 2/3 months of NC he came crawling back for the 4th time saying he wants me back AGAIN and he was stupid for letting me go and he wants to get back with me. He's dad passed away a month ago (he's dad never liked us being dating & made us split up the first time) now he's dad has passed away the ex comes crawling back . I'm sure I'm over him as I will NEVER date him again but I do care how he feels - I care how everyone feels, I guess thats just my personality. He told me he would be heartbroken if I was not interested in being with him again and/or if I found someone else...ah...I guess he will be heartbroken if I told him I'm not interested in him and interested in another guy . If I told him this he would freak out and send me hate email & ask he's family to send me hate email like he has done before .
Gravedigger Posted December 28, 2007 Posted December 28, 2007 I hate to say this - but it sounds sick. If my ex, or even her family, started sending me hate-emails, I would turn my back and never go there again. Seriously, who would make their family send you hate-emails
Geishawhelk Posted December 28, 2007 Posted December 28, 2007 I hate to say this - but it sounds sick. Noooo...You think? The words 'restraining order' spring to mind... can't think why...... BESarah - The guy has serious - but REALLY serious - problems here, and you are simply not professionally, emotionally or psychologically equipped to deal with him as he needs.... the best thing you could do for him is to keep him at arm's length and suggest he seeks counselling. Unless of course, you might need much of the same.....
Trialbyfire Posted December 28, 2007 Posted December 28, 2007 Are they "real" hate emails or are they opinions about you, that you prefer not to hear?
BlueEyedSarah Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 The guy has serious - but REALLY serious - problems here, and you are simply not professionally, emotionally or psychologically equipped to deal with him as he needs.... the best thing you could do for him is to keep him at arm's length and suggest he seeks counselling. Hopefully he will figure that out as I'm not responding to him. Unless of course, you might need much of the same..... What for? Are they "real" hate emails or are they opinions about you, that you prefer not to hear? I guess you could say they were he's opinions of calling be a b*tch and wh*re and also acusing me of thinking I was moving to america .
Geishawhelk Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 What for? What he has put you through is serious stuff. Without realising it, such issues can adversely colour our abilities to trust and enjoy future relationships to their fullest, because of fear and apprehension. And I was wondering (although I now realise - and am convinced - you are not) whether you were still giving this guy some kind of emotional hope and were holding a candle for him at all...in which case I would have questioned your own desire to remain in such a damaging situation. But I see it's not the case. I was just concerned for your emotional well-being....
Trialbyfire Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 I guess you could say they were he's opinions of calling be a b*tch and wh*re and also acusing me of thinking I was moving to america . Hmmm..unqualified, I see... Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind, if someone won't go away permanently. At least this time you can reroot his emails directly to your trash bin using either the tools in Outlook or using webmail filters.
Geishawhelk Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 *aside, off-topic*... Hya Trialbysitting...How's things hanging?
Trialbyfire Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 Hey Geish, things are sitting nicely. And you?
