Let her make the next move?

I met this girl through a friend at a club this summer. We kinda hit it off a little bit when we first met but her girl friends left early with her (i kinda got cockblocked by them too lol) and we didn't get a chance to take things further. Apparently she told our mutual friend that she thought I was 'cool' and what not. Anyways I got her number later on and we made plans to hang out but every time but one of us was busy but eventually met up and had a good 'date'! She made it clear she had a really fun time thx for taking her out called me next day etc. But we didn't hang out a 2nd time cuz I don't have a car and she doesn't live close to me so that kinda slowed things down. Shortly after she got a BF and we maintained casual contact. I'd occasionally invite her out to the club or something to which she would usually say she was busy but would always 'seem' excited to talk to me and stress 'another day!'

 

Her and her BF broke up a couple weeks ago and we have been talking more. I'll bump into her and talk for a little bit, then she'll text me later that night saying how nice it was to run into me etc. Later on and I asked if she wanted to see a movie with me over the holidays and she said sure. I gave her a pacific time/day earlier this week via text message and she said she was working till very late...but adding "another time!" The problem is that she seems interested, but almost everytime I ask her out she has an excuse (legitimate sounding excuses tho, I must admit) and doesn't specify another day. She just says like "some other time!" or "another time!" instead of actually picking a day or inviting me herself. If she's busy that's fine, but if she would let me know when she's available so we can find a time when we aren't busy but constantly guessing days/time with no input from her is kind of annoying. Should I just wait for her to make a move/set up a date or should I give it another go? I'm not sure when the time to finally 'call it quits' is...

your next message to her should be when she wants to hang out! If you keeps inviting her out and she keeps refusing then you are just wasting your time. Sit back and let her make the next move. If she doesnt then she wasnt so interested in the first place.
