someone3434 Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 It's amazing how someone can love another so much that you build your happiness around them. And then when that happiness comes crashing down when they tell you "they aren't sure if they are in love with you anymore" it absolutely kills you. So you spend every day thinking about what you did or didn't do that made them fall out of love with you. But someone comes along...someone that you have been a friend to for a long time....someone that you actually put on the back burner for this "love of your life". And they tell you things about what you thought was the "perfect person" for you and you realize that this person was the worst possible thing ever in your love. Even though you loved them with all your heart and thought because of what they said and did that this was the person you were going to marry...you realize after talking to your true friend who was outside the relationship the whole time..that this person was nothing you thought they were. That they were the exact opposite. And now you see it because you aren't blinded by the stupidity they call love. And you are thankful that you can now walk away knowing you have escaped from a horrible person. It makes you wonder why you ever fell in love with someone like that..how you could be tricked and manipulated....and makes you stronger because you won't ever be again. And you are thankful that you are away from this person.even though it sucks because you thought they were something they aren't...but now you know.
