I want to make my bf a love coupon book as a part of his xmas present.

Does anyone know what program would be best to use to design the coupons? I wanted to be able to include pics and all that.

Thanks.

Those damn love coupons don't work. Everytime I try to use one, it comes up as void under the terms "on my period" or "not right now" or "I'm too tired".

Hahaha, thats a great gift. :D As for the program.. Hmm, I believe most word processing programs (like Microsoft Word) have some coupon-like templates, but they might not be the most interesting looking. The best option would be a professional editing software like Photoshop, but that can be difficult to work unless you know how to use it.

You could try just googling "Coupon maker" or "coupon templates" or something to that nature and see what turns up..

This is a great idea..I made these for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. What I did was go to Microsoft Word and click on "clip art". It will show where you can do a search for different art for different occasions. If you want one's that say "I love you" and have hearts and things then put in "Valentine's Day" or you can type in "Christmas." It will bring up a ton of different pictures which you can click on. It will then transfer to the page and you can adjust the size and add text. Then I just printed out the page and cut out each one in shape of a "coupon."

My boyfriend absolutely LOVED the gift! Some good ideas would be things like "This coupon is for dinner on me: you chose the restaurant." Also "One free night with the remote" with the remote is always a good one too. And of course you have to only give him coupons for things you really want to do!

Just be careful with this. I once gave one to a bf but was sure to put a caveat on the coupon for anal. Could not be used when we were fighting... ;)

I'm pretty comfy with photoshop.. not advanced, but I can use it.. and I've started making the coupon book. Looks great so far.

Thanks for the tips everyone.

Guys,

are there any creative ideas for coupons you'd like to receive from your woman? I wanna make it semi-original

I'm not a guy, but I made my bf coupons for his favorite sex positions..he LOVED THEM! Also just make them for things that you know he likes. He also loved the ones for a massage..not as original but I think any guy would love that one.

Massage coupons are a good idea. Or maybe one for washing his car or cooking him a meal.

Personally, I wouldn't like the sex coupons. If I have to give you a f**king slip of paper to do something sexual I wouldn't want to do it in the first place. (Of course, I mean the general "you" not you personally. :D )

Lol, yeah! Well, my boyfriend knew that he could get it without a coupon, and most of the time we had already sponteaously been "in the mood" and about to have sex anyway. He'd just say that he wanted to "utilize" one of his coupons for a certain position. Guess it depends on the guy.
