smudgesimonsmith Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 me and my girlfriend broke up over a week ago. it was a long distance relationship and we have not seen each other for four months. she is coming home in two weeks but broke it off, saying that she doesnt feel in love with me no more, and that the arguments we had and my obsessivness is getting to her. she also says that she hasn't got time for a relationship, as her career is just begining. at first i was shocked and went down the begging and crying road but after two days i went out and got it out of my system. i ignored her and had a good couple of nights where i had a lot of attention of girls. some of my mates put pics up on facebook and she seen them, she left jealous comments on them, so i got in touch with her and we had a blazing row. i then told her that i havnt got a clue what she wants and that if she didnt call by 10 o clock the next night then that would be it. id have to get rid of everything she ever gave me, delete her of all my social networks and delete her phone numbers. this would be the only way i could get her out of my system. funnily enough she left an email saying that she was willing to talk and didnt want me to get rid of everything, we had a good long chat, where we both smiled and laughed and she even said you never know fate could bring us back together. she said she wants to be friends, and wants to meet when she gets back and go out for a day. but she also said she doesnt want to hold me back and if i do meet someone then dont let her hold me back. its confused me a lot, she had the chance if she wanted it for me to be totally out of her life, but then she compromised and was really nice and asked to meet up and said fate may one day bring us back. what does she want???? is she starting to regret what she done? or does she geniunelly think we can be friends? and why would u agree to meet someone two weeks after dumping them?? anyone help??
