The 1st time Dan came over like a year ago, my roommate was playing video games with a buddy, and Dan was trying to make friendly conv. but those guys didn't appear interested. Later in my room Dan acted weirded out and kept asking if someone would be coming in there...I assured him he was being paranoid for no reason...I explained it's just a roommate...but after that he avoided me for quite a while. I guess anyone would suspect a "living together" situation, but I'd think its obvious that we have 2 separate bedrooms and my room's all girly!

One night recently Dan didn't want to stay at my place because of my roommate. He again made an accusation that's it's more than a roommate. I again assured him he's just been a good friend for a long time and I'm actually moving out next month. When he called last night he said he was drying some clothes to put on for work the next morning so he could spend the night...then said "Oh, what about your roommate?"...I said he's going out tonight.

My roommate did in fact go out and volunteered to stay out since I was having a guy over. Dan and I hung out on the couch and talked a lot, even about politics and such, later when we got physical, he didn't want to go in my room cuz he wanted me right then, right there. I didn't know exactly when to expect Tim back so I was a little nervous about him walking in on something he wouldn't care to see; but Dan was suddenly not worried about it...we had incredible foreplay and sex like usual. A little later when I was ready for bed, he got ready to leave and said he ended up leaving his clothes in the dryer at home; he also works way early 5:30am. So he said he couldn't stay; which is fine with me....we've spent the night together plenty of times but I'm wondering if he's still just that intimidated or what.

It makes ya feel kind of used...but earlier I asked him to put lotion on my feet and he gladly did so, then joked, "I'm scared...your gonna have me do this all the time now aren't you?"....I just said "Don't be scared!" like ha ha....so a reference like that sounds as though the relationship is picking up a little in consistency. I wonder if he thinks that my roommate is actually my EX?
