I get my periods two times in one month. I'm sure taking birth control pills would regulate my period than maybe causing a reduction in anxiety?

 

Could birth control do that?

Oral contraceptives can definitely regulate your periods, and are often prescribed for that.

 

To get a more accurate idea of what is best FOR YOU, you really need to see your doctor.
