OK James, based on your standards of absolute honesty, I'm striking the following innocuous pleasantries from my everyday usage: "So good to see you" - not always true "Come by anytime" - Not at 4:00 am "Talk to you later" - I could get hit by a bus "How are you doing" - I don't really have time to hear it all "Nice talking to you" - I was bored to tears "We''ll have to do this again sometime" - I'd rather be boiled in oil You know, once you get started, this honesty policy is kind of liberating ...
