The other night I was chilling with some friends and I turned my cellphone on silent. I looked at it later and saw I missed 4 calls from a friend. I felt so bad and said "Wow, I hope she doesnt think Im a jerk". This guy who was there didnt know who I was talking about, he just heard "think Im a jerk" He was also kinda tipsy I should mention but not by any means drunk. In response to my comment he blurted out "Who John?" (It so happens stuff happened between John and I. Basically he rejected me in a immature way. We werent close friends before so Ive been kinda ignoring him. So im thinking maybe John said something about me being a jerk or other negative comments to this guy? Cause I cant think of another reason why this guy would say Johns name right away in response to my comment. They are friends but I dont talk about John to this guy and John wasnt there either at the hangout either. It also concerns me if John told this guy I was a jerk considering John acts all nice to my face. Do I have anything to be worried about? I cant stand it when people talk about me behind my back.
Magnatolia Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 You're probably way over analyzing this. Surely this friend knows that you and John don't get along, so he guessed that that was who you were talking about.
