bigheartkindsoul Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 I think So I have a bit of control at last Control enough that when I think a thought that I don't want I shout to myself in my head either stop or I am in control. I have controlled my eating all week, no binging on chocolate or crap, no comfort eating. I have been unwell all week with flu & cough but apart from Tues I have managed to remain fairly up all week and not confined myself to my bed. And my dips are linked to the serotonin drops in the brain/body I had confirmed yesterday, so I think to be up as many days as I am, I am doing fantastic without being on meds. Did some work on the horrible hospital situation with ex, lat night with hypnotist, getting out all the horrible feelings about that awful night. I now have no emotion connected to that evening. Donno I just feel more positive inside, my self esteem is pretty good too which again another positive that I have been doing some hard work to raise it up. So its not easy, it takes time, but y'all there is hope. So patting myself on the back here.

Author bigheartkindsoul Posted November 30, 2007 Author Posted November 30, 2007 Oh yes lots of pampering going on here Had a Pamper afternoon yesterday at hotel with massage and facial and working out in the gym with sauna etc after aswell. Also I have a Makeover and Photoshoot booked for next weekend could be fun and a nice boost to have some glam photos.

(claps hands) I made the effort for Xmas time and put my tree (and it looks lovely) and decorations up yesterday and wrapped the presents that I have. I am determined to enjoy it and have fun. Even going to try a couple of pre-xmas dates as I feel ready too. It does seem like the depression has levelled out enough now to get back to a little normality.
