Donza Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 We had not seen eachother for five months up until this last weekend. She kept looking over constantly. However over the course of the three days neither of us went out of our way. I was too busy enjoying myself, and it was too much hurt. When i saw her for the first time my heart just sank. Kinda sad really, looking back on it maybe i should have at least said hello. Ah well, suppose i wont have to see her again. I tried to make an effort towards the end. Well one of my friends tried to call her over. He basically asked her if she knew me. She shouted yeah, and then just looked at me like i was a piece of crap. This is what hit me the most... Its just re-opened old wounds.. I treated her very well when we were together. Why was she keep looking over at me?

She was curious and probably wondered if you were looking at her. Considering that she didn't have the courtesy to be polite and say hello, aren't you glad she's not in your life? Only children behave like that. Mature adults stop and say hello - especially if you did her no harm while you were with her.
Grace112 Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 First of all, I applaud you for being able to see your ex-fiancee and maintain your dignity. I fear my first spotting of my ex-fiancee and wouldn't know how to act. I agree with Ocean-Blue. If she couldn't treat you with the respect that the relationship deserved, just leave her be.
SYRACUSE03 Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 That situation had to be tough and I dread the day I have to meet up with my ex under circumstances like that. I also agree with Ocean...if you didn't do anything to harm her, there is no reason that she couldn't have the common decency to say hello. Just another immature person we see so many of in these posts. Kudos to you for enjoying yourself and not feeding into it.
