iceknite Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 There's this girl in one of my classes that I like but we never really get a chance to talk. She's one of those popular girls that a guy like me can only dream of dating, but it seems like she's showing interest in me. Once in while I'll catch her looking at me(or in my direction anyways) and when I look at her she quickly turns away making me beleive that she might like me. We met for the first time a couple of years ago at my friends camp. My friend's cousin was friends with her and brought her over. We didn't really talk much aside from a few words here and there. I don't know if she remembers me but I remember her and I've grown interest in her. I'm kind of a shy guy so I'm not really good at approaching girls that I don't know much. Any advice?
IpAncA Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Why not just find a reason to talk to her and do so. Start off show and go from there.
Dynamo Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Wow, you sound EXACTLY like me a couple years back. Why not just find a reason to talk to her and do so. Start off show and go from there. That is excellent advice, go with it. You can wonder forever to yourself "Does she like me?" or you can find out for yourself, and the only way to do that is for either her to approach you or you to approach her. If you really like her that much, approach her and talk with her! And it's not like you have to go up to her and ask if she likes you, I'm sure she'll show if she does/doesn't if you hang out around her for awhile. You sound like your in Highschool. Trust me on this, don't get bogged down with the whole social class "This girl is too popular for me" bull****. I'm saying this because I had that exact mindset for a long time. And you know what? It doesn't matter. Really, it doesn't. As soon as you go to college all those weird cliques and social separation disappear anyways. Don't let yourself get caught up on who's popular/not.. You'll just be laughing at yourself later when you discover how stupid it all is.
