If he doesn't propose in a year, then the OP could move on because she would know she is getting the same man who doesn't love her enough to marry her. !!!! There's a time limit of 1 year now? Other than that I can agree with most of what you're saying.

It still is a very good thing for both of you as long as there are no children involved. He can bail out very easily when necessary. So can I WITH my son. I think this isn't so much about the OP's post for you anymore and way more about you feeling all sensitive because you were caught giving advise you admitted you've never had to use. Get over it. No one on here has to agree with anyone else. If you want to get down on my advise that the OP deserves a fresh start, then do so. But no amount of your assumptions about my relationship is going to help the OP. I do have PM available, you know.
