and Heal the Trauma of Betrayal"

I just want say that I'm going through the same hell as everyone else here. I found out recently that my husband was having an affair that I suspected but was not entirely aware of.

This book has been so tremendously helpful. It will help you understand all the emotions you will go through and let you know this is NORMAL. Another book that was ok was "Infidelity: A survival Guide."

This is the most traumatizing experience I have ever experienced. It isn't as easy as walking away when children are involved and you have basicly a good relationship. This book really explains how affairs happen even in good marriages and why this is occuring. I am still going through the post traumatic stress of discovery. I'm trying to move on. It is difficult. All of my previously held beliefs have been shattered.

In any case, I hope this book helps someone else out there as it has helped me.

Also try "Surviving an Affair". It is the ONLY reason I am still married. Without it our marriage would have imploded under the pressure of a VERY ugly ending of her affair. You have my sympathy.

Why, oh why, do people DO this to each other?......
